the question is not about tournament only...actually that shows that the among people who bought the game majority not liked it.They register online play meybe one or two games (losing it) then lose interest and go inactive. We see only a small core of really dedicated players and this core doesn't seem to be growing.

As far as we can see here, many players, who have bought the game, are still in the middle of their fighting against the A.I.
They don't feel quite confident for going online and competing against other live players.

I say again, what do they have to lose?

Hey Vic - You running a book? Who do you fancy for the final and what odds are you giving?

Be nice to know where people think the major competition lies!

OK, OK, Morton... I think that you have the highest chance of becoming the first MA Champion...

But I hope that Slippz wakes up and gives you a good lesson...

Ah yes.... I forgot about him cos he's not being playing for a while.

I'll need to check if he has registered for the toury yet. I've played him twice I think and got totally squished both times! If he wakes up, I'll be happy to make it past the first round.

If I end up playing him at the start, I'll have some serious questions that will need answering! Don't suppose he's a developer?

No. Slippz is NOT a developer and we don't know him/her

looking at a very small list of signed people...i think it will be good idea to seepd up the tournament..I offer to reduce minimum time for making a turn to one day and total time of playing a party to one week.Harsh? Hey we are all hardcore players here and we can do it... and casuals had shown more that obviously that they not want to participate in this tournament so considering low amount of participants is no point to make it that long.

I'm a casual player by your definition (amout of time spent on game) because of work, home, sleep, etc :D. I definately do want to participate. I would be okay with that as long as we allowed some extra time over the weekend.

And this forum isn't locked... you could form your own quicker tourney for the "hardcore" players.

U crazy? I think Iґve never finished a game under 14 days, and I possibly never will, because I like to sleep over difficult decisions...

You should take into account different player types. Some people do in principle not want to hurry.

I'm happy to play turns as quickly as possible, even more than one a day if my opponent is online at the same time, but you got to imagine that people will be out and about at least a couple of nights a week.

3 days sounds like a nice safe bet to me. Yoy need to bear in mind that this is the longest possible time. Also it sounds as though there will be quite a lot of games being payed at a time. Might be difficult for some players to play all each day.

Mrakobes - Do you work???

Hi, Tiger!

One important little advice:

Before you make the groups, please check if all the people on the list are still there.

For example, I havenґt heard from Doggy for 10 days -I think heґs goners. And Catlyn has mentioned in this thread she canґt participate.

I`m still here(though it might not seem so).Sorry that it takes so much time to get turns from me but I really didn`t think that winter session will be such a damn hard thing. As far as I know tournament can`t be started right now so I hope I will get rid of my studying before it actually begins.

Hi,

I think start of tournament could be delayed by some problem with program of tournament manager. So you still could take part.
