Hi all. I have a question. I can take the capital and destroy all the units in an enemy country. So next I should get the indemnity during the recruitment phase but also the enemy must have the Guerrilla phase. So what will happens? I get Indemnity and enemy the guerrila, or simply the enemy will deploy his guerrilla and I get nothing? |

You won't get indemnity, but if he's disclosed and has no reinforcements on the way, and you took the capital, you have a good chance of uprooting his guerrillas and then getting indemnity. |

Ok, I invaded, destroyed the guerrillas, and then loaded my troops on transports to move on, and then wack! He disclosed, surrounded my transports so they couldn't unload and destroyed one. I had already recieved one turn of payment, what a surprise. |

Also something interesting, If you fill that country with units, so that guerilla cannot be sent, you still have to wait a turn to get indemnity. I tested that two weeks ago. |
