it would be really nice if you could make an option to have the hex squares shown on the map. maybe it's just me that has poor (ok abysmal) eyesight, because i have problems calculating the distances the enemy can shoot. what do you think? |

This is already implemened. I think its the ctrl key which will show all map hexes. And you can see enemy units that can hit a location as well, when you hover over a hex and hold the shift (?) key |

The left cntrl key will show all little movement circles, but for us old timers, nothing beats a hex. So add me to the "would love to have a hex overlay option" crowd. |

ah very good. now I don't have to sit and strain so much.. now if i could just win a game ![]() ps. i would still like hex map overlay, but it won't hurt me to learn to think a different way |

Incase you don't know about the left shift, it'll show you any enemy units that can fire upon the hex your mouse is over. But it isn't full proff (it won't show u units taht could move into a transport, and out again to reach the hex. (Although only units taht can more 2 of more hexes can do this move in and out option) |
