I was hopping for a patch to v1.2.201 from v1.2.200, as I am unable to download a 100meg file on 56k modem. It will take approximate 5-6hours to download, at $2/h.. The original beta file I got through a friend.. There will be no patch? I am planning to subscribe.. But the only way to subscribe is with a credit card? |

i have downloaded MAN via dial-up modem....it took like 10 hours with my bad connect though...but since it costs like 0.3 $ per hour its ok for me 2 $ per hour omg such costs are crazy |

We've calculated the minimum for the size of a patch to be ~65MB and decided that it's not worth it... |

just special for you we can try to create something like 50M patch (or little less). please let me know (vadim@wargaming.net) if your need such patch. |

There are some download sites such as FilePlanet.com which host the file, and will offer the download on a CD for a small fee. I'm not sure if this is feasible or available for the MAN version you want, but might be worth a look. -Fraggler |

Thats a vert kind offer! But I asked an old friend to download the new version and he has burnt it to a CD and sent it to me, I should recive it later this week. About my other question, can I only subscribe with a credit card? Or are there alternetive ways to pay? |

Currenly the standard way of payment is CC processing. However, other payment methods could be accepted - they need to be discussed personally. I think that mailing a check is the simplest alternative way. |

hey i may be asking for trouble with this. but i happen to have a few blanks cd, and some extra spending money, if anyone on a modem wants the all the files and patch, i can burn you a cd and snail mail it to ya for free....just give me your real address.... send it to me email at xzanth@myway.com, i can have it in the mail today or tomarrow and since in centrally located in amarillo texas it should take 3-5 days to get to ya. save your money for the 2 month subscription. see you in game |
