i think this is a must for this type of game its kind of pointless playing somone who can simple whoop your butt

and also a real good way to rank it is how much damge a person has done so like if they kill a small foot which has 4 sheilds
you get 4 points towards your ranking

i dont know if there is anyway to implment this kind of thing its just a sugestion

and i also think some kind of ranking would increas compotition

I was talking with Sky one of the friends of the company (edited) and there is a way to implant such a feature. I also think they have plans to do so at a later time.

To make it clear: I'm not a developer, just a "friend" of company :smile: and this feature of damage counting is implementable, but not in 30 mins. I also think that this formulae will be more accurate:

(Sum for each turn of (Sum of damage done this turn/Sum of possible damage(firepower)))*(% won)

your rank won't be shown if it's just pure kills because somone who plays allot but is not neccesaraly good would have a high ranking.

hope u implement this in 31 mins lol
i know it will take long and i also feel the chat client actualy in the game should come first

Well how about a rank which reflects the ranks of the opponents instead. You know everyone has a rank rating. And when you win/lose against an other the rank-points are increased/decreased by the same value. The value depends on the distance between the players' rank.

Example:

Player one: RankPoints: 10000
Player two: RankPoints: 10000
One Wins: rank1+=100, rank2-=100

P1: 10000
P2: 15000
One wins: rank1+=200, rank2-=200
two wins: rank1-=50, rank2+=50


You know if a weaker wins he gains more
then if the stronger wins.

This would reflect the ranks between players more I think. You know after a couple of games there should be a statistic rule out :wink:

i have played the with the 2nd ranking system in alot of games and you can be excluded if you are new to the game and your rank goes down say 2000 points no one will play u as they stand to lose 2000 points and only gain 50 (so there would be noone for the -2000 guys to play)
then you get your ppl that would boost ive seen this alot also just take it in turns to surender to each other and kapow u have a huge rank =[
