Customer Support, I have confirmed that there is no problem with my credit card, yet your system refuses to authorize my subscription. I have used every permutation of my personal information and credit card "card codes" to get it to work to no avail. The support email address I was directed to does not even work!!! Are you guys just not interested in revenue or what? Please let me play on something other than Emerald...it hurts! -Nick nblawat@earthlink.net |

A similar thing happened to me also. I was rejected on my credit card although I have enough and I got an email stating "Periodic Bill order.... approved" but I still dont have access to the full version. Have I been billed? or not? if not I`ll retry my credit card, if I have been, how do I get access to the full game? Thanks for your help, Paul pwhittingham@cogeco.ca |
