Hi, I clicked on the "Unsubscribe" link thinking it would give me the option to change from monthly to one of the other options. Instead, it gave me the message that the process had completed successfully! Is there any way to undo this? At the very least, that link should ask for confirmation. "Are you sure?" Will this kill all my games? |

Non-subscribed players can still play, just only on Emerald, and when the beta ended it took two weeks for Trial players' non-emerald games to time out, instead of being ended immediately. This makes me inclined to believe that your games should still be there (though I don't know for sure, not being a Dev and all). Having never unsubscribed, I didn't know this about the process, but a confirmation popup sounds like a very good idea. |
