The forums and the homepage are different logins. The forum is just a typical forum, and the homepage requires an MAN account to log in (it may require a paid account, though I'm not entirely sure).

Try using your MAN callsign/password on the homepage. If that doesn't work and you're not on the Trial version, you'll have to wait for somebody more knowledgeable than me to answer.

Thanks, but that's just it- I do have a paid account, the username/pass of which is the same as that of my forum account.
