i never remember how many % is needed, 300 % 330% ? it got a know for the first time. in order to win on my longest game in emerald (near 39 turns !) |

yes but u'll rarely see it before the opponent wins, only if you actions give your opponent a country (something I doubt u'll do) will u see ur balance hit 33% before the games over. |
