Post subject:  First MAN Swiss Tournament
There will be a tournament open to subscribed MAN players only starting on June 2nd. Entries close on June 1st.

You play 2 games per week - and the draw is based on your score so far in the tournament - so after a couple of weeks you should be playing against people of your own standard.

Wargaming.net are providing prizes in the form of subscription extensions. Login to massiveassaultnetwork.com and go to tournaments.

If you have any questions about the format, I'll be happy to help.

Post subject:  Seeding
To prevent the top players from meeting each other in the first round - I'm planning to seed the field.

The seedings will be based on the following formula

(MA score)^(1/3)+(Glicko)^(1/2)+(First MA tournament performance*)

* 10 points for 1st
7 points for 2nd
5 points for losing SF
3 points for losing QF
2 points for group runner-up
1 point for participation

Any thoughts?

For those interested here is the seeding list on which the first round draw was based. The field was divided into 4 sections of 22 with A being the top 22 seeds, B the next 22, then C & finally D.
