Hello,
Did you know that there are some problems due to broken games for my match against Ivankz? If not, plz read the topic in the user support/question (name of the topic : tournament game #75633 is broken). My opponent and I agree to concel cuurent games and to restart both games. Could you arrange that plz ?

I will restart the broken game - but don't see why the other one should be restarted?

Because otherwise there is some big biases. Indeed, I was sure to win the broken game (and also I think that I was about to win it more faster than the other one, but that's my opinion) while I'm also pretty sure to lose the other.
So, if you just restart the broken game, that means that my opponent has a new opportunity to win a game that otherwise he was sure to lose while he still keep a game that he's sure to win. In this sense, this is unfair for me because it is the same that if you say to my opponent : "ok, you were about to lose this won, so let cancel this one and restart it so you can have a new chance while you can keep the game where you're winning". That's just non symmetrical.
But if you restart both games, then all counters are put back to zero and such biase disappear.
Sorry to look so annoying, but as this is a tournament game, I would like fair things

The two games are independent - if you believe you would definitely have won the broken game - then lets have a look at a replay of both and maybe you will win on an adjudication. But there is no reason for the unbroken game not to be completed. You were playing it as a tournament game - it started from a random position - there is nothing unfair about it.

Good luck in the new game.

Cheers, MW.

Well, I see you point. I must recognize that in the end I've to agree with this. This remains quite frustrating for me just because I've strong feeling that I would have won this game faster than I'll lost my other game. But as accidents can happens and as this is no one's fault, your solution is ok.

Those 2 tournament games are certainly NOT independant of each other. They are very closely linked actually.

Pitors suggestion to keep things fair was valid and should have been executed.

Would it still be fair if Pitor had been going to win both games to restart the unbroken one?
