Post subject:  New rule for the Andromeda war - system capturing changes

It has happened a few times in the Andromeda war where defenders have for all purposes lost a system, but still have armies remaining that are hoping to kill a couple enemy units before dying. In those cases, its not fair to the attacker that the defender continues to gain income, even though it is known they have lost the system.

To counteract this, the following rule has been added to the Andromeda clan war, effective after this turn: When a system's defenders have all lost in a system, and only continue battles to determine if they kill enemies before they die, the system changes hands to the winner immediately. The system is still counted as contested, and gives the new owner only half income each turn. In the case where multiple clans attack the same system, and all the defenders are wiped out, the system becomes neutral while the attackers fight each other for control.
