Post subject:  change perspective during start of turn

I'd like to change the perspective during the first part of a multiplayer turn. You know, the part where I get to see what my opponent's moves have been durin his last turn. Any way to do that?

Unfortunately, the designers made a mistake by not orienting the originating map view to the little map in the upper rt hand corner.....It is much easier to orient the worldview by having trhe directions the same....
Somebody pulled a boner----it's not the end of the world....but it's a toobad thing....I almost always reorient the picture at the beginning of gameturn except for Emerald....and I skip the replay....unless a plane is in flight---which results in freeze-up and Ctrl,Alt,Del to get past it....Another little boner......also disappointed to read about Starforce....see the thread?

I've found the answer myself. To reorient during playback press the pause key while NO PLANES are flying. Then the perspective may be changed.

Rextrant, what is the other name you use to play?

Pristino is my Domination name.....other than that=no other name....I tried as Tory for a while, when I requested Mentor status, which wasn't to be.....I cancelled Tory just yesterday-not necessary.....Are u playing Domination??? I will send a challenge.....do we share emails?

Actually .....I reorient my view by holding down my spinner (middle button of mouse),,,,,While holding down the middle button I move the mouse, and I get every kind of reorientation available , which is very cool.
Are u using a Mac?
