Post subject:  Patch seems to have broken the game
Since installing the patch I have been unable to get past disclosure without the game crashing. As soon as you click on an ally to disclose it the game just exits. This just happend on a new game started with a patched player and another game started prior to the patch. You guys got a fix?

(edit) Also discovered the patch breaks single player as well. Was this patch an April Fools joke?

Fortunately I hadn't patched my laptop so I was able to play our turn on it.

I posted this on another thread, but never got an answer to this piece. The voice prompts are intermittent at best. They work for a turn or two then just stop. Tried all different settings to no effect. Also, I routinely get lock-ups in World War mode when I press the "show next" button in combat phase. Seems to happen especially with helicopters. Neither problem existed pre-patch. I'm using the mapr.2.0.127_patch.

Seems like I had less problems with the original. Is there any way to uninstall the patch without doing a complete reinstall??

Are there any plans to "patch the patch"? Frankly, the patch seems to have introduced more "new" issues than it fixed old ones. Know I can reinstall, but am just curious as to the "official" position.

I get dumped to the desktop as soon as I try to reveal an ally. Was there ever any official word on the patch causing this. I could try to reinstall but the intstall hung the first two times I tried. For the moment I have gone back to Massive Assault.
