How, exactly, is the "balance %" calculated? The in game help seems to suggest (the wording is very poor) that a value is calculated for each side. This value is the sum of the secret army values of all fully controlled countries and undisclosed secret armies and half the secret army value of each contested country. Is this correct? If so, how are these values used to calculate the "balance %"? Can you please give an example? Thanks |
