Post subject:  Does the patch really cause SP not to work?
Hi everyone,

I've just tried out the demo for the last few days, and I would like to get the game, however, I am concerned about some of the issues I've seen here. So let me ask a question: Should I install the patch or not? I will be playing mostly SP and MP in the future. Does the patch really make the game CTD? If so how come I haven't seen any response from the dev team? Anyone called Tech Support and gotten a response?

I saw a copy of the game (German edition) on sale for 1/2 price...anyone know if you can get it to display in English? or should I stick with the US edition?

This game is very buggy. I could not play for more than 15 minutes without some sort of CTD happening with the patched single player game. Without the patch after reinstalling, I got to mission 5. After replaying this several times, I finally get past the first portion, then the game gives me an error message saying that the game appears to be invalid or something like that which kicks me back to the main menu. :x
