umm, isn't there a patch? and why is the official web site for Domination totally none-existant? www.domination-game.com is blank, nadda. Does anyone have a link to the vs 1.1 patch? Usually patches are hosted all over the place.

thank you!

Skychan

That website isn't blank, but you'll need Flash player to see it.

Hello Skychan,

Official website for Domination loads fine:http://www.domination-game.com

There is a patch for US-version available from download area on official website:
http://www.dreamcatchergames.com/dci/support/pc/patches/dom.php

Best Regards,
Nick.

Doesn't the patch break the game for single player by causing the game to crash straight to the desktop when an ally is revealed?

Nick_WN,

Please respond to Bounder's question. I just bought the game, and I am waiting to install the patch until I hear an official response. Could you let us know?

Thanks

No! We have tested the game just now to make sure and have not repeated this bug. Could you please send to me (vadim@wargaming.net) autosave.svg file just after the "game is broken" apeared and we will try to fix this issue.

Requested file sent.

I did a clean install. Played a few turns of World War (Micronesia). Quit the game. Applied the 63 meg patch 2.0.127. Launched the game. Started a World War (Micronesia). As soon as I disclose my first territory I crashed straight to the desktop.

I have tried on earlier installs other play options and they always worked after the patch was applied. I have tried other World War maps on earlier installs after the patch and they have all crashed after the patch was applied but not before.

FWIW the demo never crashed.

It has been a week. Did the requested file provide any clues on possible patch bugs?
