I keep having a weird thing happen every once in a while in career mode. During the disclose phase of the computer, it will disclose, for example, a region that has a listed secret army worth of 12. However, it will crap out units that add up to 14. Ive never even seen a city even HAVING an army strength of 14. its always been 8, 12, or 18. Im trying to figure out where the additional units are coming from. Any ideas? |

At the end of the first round he spends 2 in revenue and keeps 1. Or do you mean he discloses with 14 value? |

There are also perks that add 2 to secret allies or guerillas. |
