It can be quite annoying to lose on V6 in demo mode just because you were unlucky enough to be landlocked because of the ally-layout. It it quite possible to have a case of instant defeat because both the sea and air transport are missing. Please add the sea transport to the available units so that this is not possible.
Also I think it might turn away some new players who are not familiar with the game; like "OMG how is that possible what kinda game is this...?" :wink:

I have the full game, but I can tell you right now that a naval trans is really needed for that map. It also allows the trial players to test out how naval units work, without* using anything but a trans. It is a good teaching tool, and it allows them to see more of the game without really seeing it, if you know what I mean.

Air might be asking for to much though. The 2 custom transporters for each side would be cool, but the idea is to get the trial players to buy the game to help fund the company.

I say let the demo be the full set of troops, there stuck to one map, it will get boring after a while.
