I have looked how rating points are being awarded after the recently introduced changes and believe there are still a few issues:
1. Rating lookup from the homepage via "player statistics" returns a different result compared with the result presented at the top 20 players overview (which is the same as presented in the game itself when looking into "My Profile"
Anyone else noticed this?
2. Rating points calculation seems different from one player to the other. If a high rating player wins against a low rating player he receives a maximum rating bonus for every planet.
examples:
- alex1978 receives a maximum of 5.83 points when winning against a low rated player on Anubis and 9.83 points on Sea Switzerland
- when I am winning on Sea Switzerland against a low rated player I seem to be receiving only 2.5 rating point...
I can't figure out how this can be correct?? There may be other players victim of this issue as well I guess...
Would appreciate very much if this can be resolved by our MAN2 engineering team!
