Please, describe what you see, what error messages appear, look to the installation folder: is there man2.exe, data and maps folders? |

Me too. Patch is broken. Just crashes on trying to run. man2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. What's the downgrade procedure? |

I've reinstalled v2.0.233, restored my profile, reconfigured all my settings (again). I'm back in business now. |

Just as a heads up, if you have security software running without prompts it might block the changed executable from running. One place to check anyway. |

You can install the new version, 243 to a new folder, if installing it over 233 failed. |

Tried that. It doesn't help. The new version just doesn't run. |

You will need to restore profile upon the first launch. What should I do? a) install new patch in the same directory b) install new patch in another folder c) go to church to pray d) other |

Enter you MAN2 folder and generate its file list using command from command line: dir/s >list.txt After that, new file called list.txt will appear in MAN2 folder. Zip it and send to me at wargaming.net or to support with subject "For Arthur". Two "data" folders, old and new one, probably, mixed their contents after installing. You can try to fix the situation yourself. Delete all files from data folder except the following: antarcticus.dds Anubis.dds avatar Beep.wav beotorum.dat.mini_map_big.dds beotorum.dat.mini_map_big_new.dds beotorum.dat.small_map_big.dds beotorum.dds Bizarria.dds brimstone.dds butterfly.dds common.dat Crateus.dds disclose_aog.wav disclose_sc.wav eden.dds Emerald.dds env_sky.dds font_ru gui_button_click.wav inferno.dds iron.dds island.dds lang_en.dat lions eye.dds map_data.dat micronesia.dds midgard.dds mountainsPS.nvv music New_Paradise.dds new_private.wav new_turn.wav Noble_Rust.dds san fernando.dds scripts sc_Train_finish_phase.ogg setup.ogg setup.wav swamp.dds switzerland.dds trinity.dds twin_islands.dds unit_sounds v6 demo.dat.mini_map_big.dds v6 demo.dat.mini_map_big_new.dds v6 demo.dat.small_map_big.dds v6 demo.dds v6.dat.mini_map_big.dds v6.dat.mini_map_big_new.dds v6.dat.small_map_big.dds v6.dds v6.lm wargaming.jpg Wasserland.dds waterps_14.nvv You may delete folder old_data as well |

Let me have your man2.log, please. When man2.0.243 is executed first time, conversion of some OGG to WAV files begins, i.e. you must have enough space for this conversion, new WAV files appear in one of MAN2 folders (data\unit_sounds). Make sure there are 124 ogg files and 124 wav ones. 28-29 MB of free space is needed for the conversion. |

Find file bug_report.exe in man2 folder. Execute it. bug_report.gz file will be generated. Send it to me. |
