Please fix #280535

It displays as waiting for my turn, but the "Play" button is grayed out. "Repair" has no apparent effect.

I checked, it's 5th Red turn (your opponent's turn)
Please, try to restore your profile, game should be removed from your list of turns .

These bug happens when you are playing online with opponent who have bad connection to server. Send him a message, that he needs to repair game and send turn again ;)

Thanks for the quick reply!

Went to main menu, hit "Restore Profile", and entered my details. I got a lot of "downloading game..." events and "Congratulations!" on my rank and previously earned points, but the game is still in my list.

You said I should send a message to my opponent. Do I have to wait until s/he's online, or is there some way to send messages to offline people that I haven't figured out of yet?

Is active "finish" button? If it is, then your opponent's time is over and
1) you can finish game
2) you can wait for your opponent's turn
ask him why he didn't send turn:
enter "send challenge" tab, find your opponent, and press "message" button.

Please help to fix the following two games:

276722 1_dk vs Ron2. Finished the game 4 times but fail to send while other games can be sent without problem.

281752 1_dk vx MadMax. Game reported broken. Can not load. Tried reinstall software and restore profile with no vail.

This was apparently incorrect. I just timed out. :evil:

Restoring my profile had no effect.

Hello

I canґt play following Tournament games because the play button is grey.

game 278647 Frank vs Prapor
game 278277 Frank vs Dolbaker
game 278399 Frank vs naverunner

all other games are ok. I also try fix it by clicking the repair button but nothing happend

In game 269771 units i placed in my revenue stage did not appear in the turn sent to my opponent. I spent a lot of time placing the units exactly where i wanted them so I am absolutely positive that the 3 units in question were placed in country 28 and yet, when my opponent played his turn they were not there. This either has to be corrected or the game ended.

While i downloaded the patch i did not install it yet because i was fearful that it would perhaps crash the system and several of my games were getting close in time and my playing time is somewhat limited so i did not have much cushion. While i do keep having crashes to my desktop, I have not, to my knowledge, ever had an instance where the problem i have described with this game has happened before. This game will time out today without some sort of action so a quick resolution would be appreciated.

I have now installed the patch. I play this game from 2 different computers and there is a possibility that i did already install the patch on my other computer several weeks ago when morn first brought it to my attention. I do not know which computer i used to play the last turn of the game in question, but now i now for sure that they are both patched.
