Why is this broken game still in my list? Its been a week and a whole lot of views.

Why is there no response from anyone at support? You've gotten my money for a lifetime membership, should I pay more? Whats the deal?

Is this the kind of support I should expect going forward? The last response to a question I received was clearly negative; if man2 staff has an issue with me, please man2-up and say so.

I cannot play game 256617... it crashes on the AI turn every time I launch it. Delete it, or finish it in my loss.

It's still there in the games list, and still breaks. It is apparently stuck on the AI turn, and will cause a man2.exe error after about 4 minutes of the "thinking" phase; i.e. the AI will never move, just "think" until it breaks. If that happens, the only way I'll be able to play any games is to reinstall.
