Run bug_report.exe from the MAN2 folder (see the support page for MAN2)

I ran the bug_report.exe program and it does appear to be sending to that address.

a) Please fix that in the next release.

b) Someone look at that address as I have submitted several reports, and I'm sure I'm not alone.

Wonder how many bugs ended up in that mail which shouldn't have ended there, heh.

We're working on new patch at the moment, which shall greatly improve game stability and performance. Please have some patience to wait for it.

support@massiveassault.com is the correct address, and starting from new patch all the requests and bug reports will be sent there.

Is the incorrect mailing address being checked, or should we (if the mail is still in Sent Items) be re-submitting? I'm hoping the former.
