The spam filter is very anoying.
It just counts the number of lines you've dropped, and not the time between them. Entering two lines, and 30 minutes later again 2 lines,
and then again 30 minutes later the 5th line ain't spam :)

Also, I don't think it's necessary to have a spam filter in private chat.
If someone starts to spam you, you can just ignore..

Spam filter in main chat is good, but needs timing too.

Unfortunately....the MAN personnel are ignoring everything posted in this forum.
If they are not interested it would be decent for one of them to say "Hey! We are too busy or we just don't give a damn."
I was going to start a thread on this topic, but here it is already....setting on the shelf, gathering dust like everything else....(Already made that point)

Rex, it is getting kind of annoying having to read your whining on all your posts. Try being a bit more positive now and then and maybe they will respond to you more frequently.

I like the idea about not having spam filter in private chat channel.
The timing will get adjusted - appparently we made a mistake in our calculations.

Thanks, Nick.
And to the nay-sayers: Sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease, and while I'm at it, I've made all kinds positive statements....read the posts and find out for yourself....I say it like it is...granted sometimes over-the-top stupidity , but I know enough to admit it.
I have no interest in making people feel or look stupid, and I honestly don't feel superior to ANYbody out there...I know different.

Wellsir: it's hard to say , because we are only guessing.
Also: I am pleased to straighten up my act.
Anyone can fall into some unrighteous posting, since you will not get punched for it.
This here is a Support Column, a perfect place to bring forth problems.
The General Discussion Column is there for blah-blah of an uncritical nature.
Also, when a player states they are having a broken game or a problem, which only they are having, it reveals that support has nothing to do with group consensus.
"It's only a flesh-wound!"

I'm sorry the school sytem in USA doesn't require more foreign language. We are therefor lacking and generally can hardly understand plain English. :)
One thing straight out....I'm not fighting, and don't like rudeness for it's own sake.
However, the support column is for problems and support is for individuals and not based on mob rule.
