Hello, at the Moment Iґm a little bit upset . Two weeks ago I decieded to subscribe to MAN2, althoug it is still in Betaphase, cause I really enjoy the game and want to play the other maps. Then came my first problem, that on the homepage paying is only possible with creditcart, well I donґt have one. So I wrote to support@massiveassault.com what other possibility there are. There Inna, a support manager, gave me an email-address to send the money by paypal. Well, I sent the money on 18.03 but till today no reaction. And another email to the support-team Iґm still waiting for the answer. Is there no one working anymore? And what happended to my subscription/money? Has anyone else tried to pay by paypal or has similar problems? Regards, Freybeuter CoKG |

I've payed with my mothers Visa 
I don't know if there are much people working in the weekend, so maybe you'll have to wait until monday? Don't worry about your money, I'm sure you'll get your activation code, and that they won't use your money to go partying and never returning something

Hello Freybeuter, Unfortunately, the payment system with Paypal is not working automatically. So Inna had to pass me the confirmation of your transaction, which I did'nt get by now. In order to avoid such situations in future, I wrote a short guide on the most common subscription-related issues: http://massiveassault.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3096 Please refer to problem 1 there - read on map pack installation instructions. This thread caught my eye....Since I have had no response to support requests for over a week now...which is very surprising to me. Is there a problem with my payment?...At least a response of some kind would approach decency. |

Hello Tory, As I remember you had problem with MAN1 registration. I checked your status and replied this Monday that it is regsitered one - so please restore your MAN1 profile from Game Server (I hope you launch MAN1 for that old profile, not MAN2 beta).
