Hoping someone can help me out here.. For about the last 12 hours, whenever the dialogue box pops up when i enter the game, or after I hit 'send and receive', it progresses as far as 'Requesting game restoration', pauses for quite some time (significantly longer than is usual), and returns this message: Game server has returned an error: Game server has returned an error: Failed to unpack packet Needless to say, this is preventing me from playing anything, except maybe the tutorials. If anyone out there can offer some advice here it will be very welcome! ![]() |

1.5 weeks after paying for game, game breaks. 5 days after sending bug report and making a forum post, nothing has changed. Frustrating. I guess at this point I should ask all those people I have games with that are about to time out, if they could kindly wait for me to get things working again so we can continue said games... |

Sometimes, maybe it is beneficial to send "Support" request straight from the Web-site Home-page to get a response. I guess I would be asking one of the Support People if this is true. Please don't ignore the warriors! ![]() |
