i think you should balance some units.
first should be. changing the guard tower.
in my opinion, to high range with too much hitpoints. maybe 7 oder 6 hitpoints and range 3 not 4.
there could be some other balancing but i havent played online, just the practice scenarios.

who else thinks about balancing the units?

I think dmg and range are good but hps could be lower. Of course they still have to be worth buying.

This game reminds me of "Miltary Madness" for the Turbo Grafixs 16.. I like the Game, but they should have give us smaller maps for the beta, Anctarticus is the only playable online map IMO, the other two take far to long to finish with out a save feature.

The only Problem I have with turrets is there range is to long, Maybe make them 1 less range so Missle Trucks can hit then with out getting hit back.

I think it's not worth it. I've never ever used it during the last month of internal "playtesting". It even seems overpriced so I wanted to reduce it's cost to 2 and damage to 1 so you'll by twice the hitpoints for the same money. The beggest disadvantage of towers is that the are unmoveable and cannot be relocated.

Battle Isle 3 - yeah, but without random battle outcome.

it's a little different that most other games, it's not like you play one session, you can span a game over quite a while, and play several games at a time.
personally I really like this type of multiplayer, you don't need a lot of time in a row, 10 minutes is enough to do a turn and then log in again later, you don't need to sit for hours straight playing the game.
