Couple of quick questions:

How many members would be a minimum for making a new clan if each member was active?

As far as I know, that's the only rules page. I really should get around to adding a couple things to it, too...

I don't know if there's actually a set-in-stone minimum (Maelstrom or Enforcer would though), but we let Revolution of the Mind join at 4 players.

yes that is the only rules page, clans can join the war once they ahve 3 members.

We're working on the 2nd war atm so let us kow if u find anything in the rules taht is unclear as they'll obviously be written for next war but should know what's missing
