This is for keeping the players informed to the progress of the Andromeda Beta war (when it has been updated etc)

The Andromeda War's Deployment stage is complete. The deployment of each clan can be viewed from the website under the Andromeda war section. I have also informed the leaders by email of what the next step is.

Can;t see Andromeda on the system info on the right, also the maps not up2date?

Map looks up-to-date enough to me...a few questions about this stuff though.

A) What the HELL is that that Andromeda War is using as the Fort icon?

B) You're right, Andromeda doesn't show up on the sector info.

C) Something has got to be done about the name text of RN sectors...white on yellow just isn't readable.

D) Could you take a look at the sector info for Orion War? Something's screwy with it (SE7 and SE8 are repeated in the spot SW2 should be in, and SW2 is at the end of the list).

It's supposed to be a star base of some kind . I can upload it for you if you want. The pictures are whatever you want them to be, contained in fortblack.bmp and fortcolor.bmp.

It was a problem in the ordering of the .map file. You could grab mine from the Andromeda war, and replace Andromeda with Orion.

Maelstrom - This is quite obviously a stupid thing to say since I want to do as much stomping as possible, with as many armies as possible, but my base cost looks quite generous.

Just thought I'd mention it just now in case there is an outcry later.

I'd just better win my first battles after a comment like that, otherwise I'll be hanging my head in shame and hiding behind my Captain.

havnt played with MortonHQ lately but considering what i remember about his skills his armies should cost like 13-14 ....
what they cost now just looks like kinda cheating

Yeah... Morty's a tough customer. To have him cost half that of Rock is pretty unfair. We're definately going to work on our rating system, and we have some ideas, but in the meantime we'll play it out as this is a Beta.

Here are some of the notable actions:
The RN stole TGE's SE5 without a fight
Massive 3-way brawls began at NE6, NW2, and SW6
Other fights began at SW2 and NW4

Poor Pitor received the most battles by far, 8!

The week has ended for Andromeda war. The funds have been allocated for each clan, and it is ready for the move phase.

For this move phase, you can now purchase units at your forts, and from now on you can also send units to attack other clans' forts. Any army or garrison not in a battle can also be moved.

you mean we can only build armies or G at your Fort.

that it's not possible to build on a systeme where there is no Fort.

1 thing i was wondering is the list of maps for each size.

As my garrison in SW6 (medium) has 2 fights on bizzaria which i would ahve thought would be a small map.

Whoops! That was a mistake on my part. Those games should have been in mediums.

Andromeda maps are as follows:

Large
Wasserland and New Paradise

Medium
Anubis, Crateus, Noble Rust, and Twin Islands

Small
Antarcticus, Bizzarria, Brimstone, Emerald, and Butterfly

humm so if this happens in the future would we do restarts on correct maps or leave it how it is? I'm for restarts myself, i h8 bizzaria!

Yeah, I would restart it... but your games are already pretty far along

only 4 and 6 turns, plenty of turns left in them, balance is near 100% in each atm
