We’d like to notify everyone that starting from v. 205 registered players can add their own avatars from My Profile section. Your avatar is always shown to your opponent during the replay of your turn. Don’t miss this nice option to personalize yourself in MAN2 community!

P.S. Those, who dislike patch v. 205 may download our latest patch at:

I already have loaded up my avatar, and it's controlled and seems to be ok :)

Only thing.. I find it heu, sometimes anoying..
Not the avatar self, but the position of it. In the top middle of the screen..

Although you can look through it, it still botters me sometimes when I'm looking and the avatar is just on the spot were I wanna look. Ofcourse moving a bit helps, but maybe it would be handy if the position of the avatar could be optional.

Maybe it would be nice to make whole the layout "movable".. Like Guild wars, you had the option to move every thing on the screen to a place you liked, or even to get rid of it.

I don't know if this is hard to implent, but it would be a very nice feature in my humble opinion.. Even a few different standard layouts in which you could choose the most fitting would be neat.

hello,

i tried to make 2 avatar and they are not good.
is it for a technical reason (i made 64*64p as requested; i can see the avatar on my profile.. but never on game is there a max weight ?) ?
is it for "political reason" (i tried a famous painting i had in puzzle when i was younger so may be a pb of copyright ?; and i tried a photo of me when i was at obligatory army).

so what kind of avatar is techically and politicaly good ?

Hello,

I just checked your profile and it looks like your avatar was not uploaded on the Game Server, therefore you can't see it in the game.

Normally, after you upload your avatar (from My Profile) section, our support manager gets e-mail notifying that you submitted avatar for approval. The she takes a look (no abusive images please) and approves it. And starting from that moment you can see avatar in battles when making your turn.

In your case please upload avatar so that we approve it. We don't have size limit in Kb for image.

Hi!
I have a technical question about the avatar. Which format should the avatar
be in and can I have any transparent colors? If so which color is transparent and how many colors should I save my avatar in?

/Johannes

Any avatar should be a JPEG (.jpg) file, 64x64 pixels. There are no transparent colors, we add 20-30% transparency to the whole avatar, so you can see it to be slightly transparent.
