I just emailed tech support about a lost (never received) alias and password. I am just wondering how long it takes for them to get back to me?

Heh. Well I assure you they respond as soon as they can. I've spoken to some of the wargaming crew and they're very quick and friendly. Be patient, shouldn't be long! 
Did you fill out the support contact form as requested? Its at http://www.massiveassaultnetwork.com/support.php just in case you didnt. They wanted you to supply your order ID as well from what I remember. Can't wait to see you in the opponent list on M.A.N.!
