Game 74998 is broken and repair did not work - please work some magic or end in a draw.

Hmm, this game apparently wasn't made into a draw after my first post, and my opponent finished it as his win. Can it be changed to a draw please? Of course I had no way to play my turn that it was timed out on since it was broken, and my opponent even says he didn't mean to finish it on me.

We tried to reverse everything and finished the game in a draw.
