 Post subject: How do you turn off email notification?

I was wondering how you turn off the email notification when you get new turns. I've looked around, and I can't find any options on the website or ingame.

Can you not disable these if you have the Trial version? (which is what I have)

You should see it when you click 'My Profile' after you have logged in multiplayer mode.
