You state:
CT1=3*CT2 is equal to 100% Balance CT1=CT2 is equali to 0% Balance CT1=CT2/3 is equal to -100% Balance
In my previous question regarding balance, I gave the following example from the game:
Player 1 Control Total: 24
Player 2 Control Total: 8
balance for player 1: 80%
This is from Micronesia, in which every country has a "secret army" value of 8.
I created a hot seat game, and arranged for player 1 to control 3 countries, and player 2 to control 1 country. All other countries were neutral (uncontested, no player occupation or control).
In this case, CT1 = 24, CT2 = 8, CT1/CT2 = 3. Presumably, this should give a balance of 100%. However, the game reports a balance of 80%.
I previously asked you to show how the balance values were calculated for this example (24, 8, 80%). That is, to show how a value of 80% was arrived at with CT1 = 24 and CT2 = 8.
Now you have stated the forumla very clearly. The formula that you state is indeed what I guessed was your most likely meaning. However, the formula appears to be incorrect, or perhaps the game is bugged (not using the intended formula).
