I'll write a more detailed analysis a bit later... But there were 2 obvious flaws:
1) a mediorce error during first disclousure
2) a severe error when you've attaked that 3$ country.(Well - you've seen the result

Don't take in mind!
For example lets take guy with alias 'AI'. He looses about 10 of his first games. And now he wins me 50/50 ...
