Create a tournament for people of the same country, as a league, and then the champions will figth for a wordl one.
It will be nice to have a champion for every country, don't you think?

No, i supose that minimum of 5 players is enough, but in the list that i've seen till now, there're more people in some countries that in anothers, for those (it dependes how many join the tourney) it will be more difficult.

I gess, to be more fast this tourney, 2 games are enough (PL & FNU); and then is just a question to make some publicity (in the chat/forum).

Or

Make a poll in forum just to see how many players will join it.
