after i downloaded the map pack i tried to open to install and the window freezes.
and when i try to go to the file in MAN2 folder and try to open it, it freezes that window too.

wat up with that?

There's almost anybody around here that could start giving options and theories, but my remarks are like "caveman make fire!"...in regards to pc issues....Hopefully you are getting some feedback that can help. I had a real go-around getting my maps downloaded.
Could any of this be due to a High-Level of virus protection?
SHould you remove what you've got so far, and then start fresh from scratch? Making sure of every little thing?
Is the MAN2 being saved to the same directory the Maps are going in?
When your screen freezes , does it just stay that way?
Can you check your "GraphicsSettings" and ask for all "low"...and is screen res the right size?
Are you able to play the trial maps.?
Is the moon made of cheese?
