Error uploading file to Forum.

The past few days I have been unable to upload a file to a post on the forum. I have tried this on multiple computers and with different files.

This is the error I'm getting -
Upload Error: Could not upload Attachment to ./files/(name of file)

Is there a problem? Maybe something from when the site got messed up?

I got this as well when trying to attach a file to a PM
