How do I get rid of the extra profile with the (2)?...
Example: Rextrent
Rextrent(2)
And in MAN1 I have Rextrent(2)(2)...I have got rid of it before, but another time, accidentally disconnected the game....Since then I've had no rank and game-times have disappeared("received:__")

Perhaps, you tried to create your profile second time?

I tried to restore your profile - it says this alias doesn't exist.

I removed the extra profile,(It was there) just careful not to disconnect from the MAN.
However I still have blank spaces where the times should be(started:__ & received:___) ??
