 Post subject: Wrong Alias or Password?

Can anyone tell me what exactly does "Wrong Alias or Password" mean? I subscribed with my credit card. The system brought me to the activaction screen where it requires an alias and a password. After I typed in what I would like to be my alias and password it brought me back to the same screen saying the alias or password are wrong. Does it mean someone already has an alias like this one or does it require a certain number of letters and numbers or is it something else? I e-mailed the support staff this morning but so far got no response. Please help.

Have patience. Give the support staff more than a few hours to reply. They have so far been very helpful and prompt.

Please send it again. And do not forget to suuply as more information as possible. We need to know everything: alias, password, order number etc.

Nevermind. I think I figured it out. What happened was I didn't use the multiplayer mode prior to subscribing. I always played on my machine with the AI. You (the staff) may want to put an explanation of how to obtain alias and password next to those fields on the subscription page. Thanks for the replies.
